	Valley packaging is a 68,787 square foot pre-engineered metal building. The exterior walls facing the street are constructed of pre-cast concrete panels and E.I.F.S. with window Glazing. The end and rear walls were built using concealed fastener metal wall panels. The office area is approximately 5,500 square feet with the second floor designed for future offices. All office walls have a light skip trowel plastered finish. The floors are carpeted, with ceramic tile in the restrooms and lunch room. The ceilings are 2'x2' suspended, with parabolic fluorescent light fixtures.
