The Ray Rottier municipal garage project required the construction of a 49,000 square foot facility including a 2,965 square foot storage mezzanine, an 800 square foot equipment mezzanine and a 12.000 square foot storage block. This project had a large impact on the Village of Ashwaubenon's public services. This building is now the home of the village's vehicle fleet including fire, rescue, and police vehicles. There were many challenges for Heyrman to face on this project. Some of those challenges included a stringent budget and tight project timelines. Heyrman had to pay close attention to the service bays to ensure smooth operation. The building also boasts a colored standing seam metal roofing system, which is guaranteed to stand Wisconsin weather. Heyrman completed this project on time, within budget, and with no lost time due to injury.
