First Church of Christ - Scientists

This beautiful turn of the century church suffered from what the grounds personnel said was "chronic" roof problems throughout the years.  After our demolition crews removed over thirteen separate roofing systems before getting down to the existing wood decking, we could quite literally feel their pain!

The high-slope roofs are Steelox 264 FL-concealed clip roof systems all metal has "Kynar" coating for a 20 year plus life span.  The low slope roofs are 60 mil EPDM, single ply roofing with sloped insulation.
