First Church of Christ - Scientists

The roof replacement was the first phase of renovation for this historic turn of the century church. 

The existing wood dome was stripped, repaired and new metal cladding installed.  The original existing lead glazed dome light was beyond repair; a new aluminum glazed unit was custom made and installed.

The high-slope roofs are Steelox 262 FL. Concealed clip roof systems.  All metal has "kynar" coating for a 20 year plus life span.  The low slope roofs are 60 mil EPDM, single-ply roofing with sloped insulation.
