"The Right Building for the Right Price at the Right time" has historically been Heyrman Construction's company philosophy since its founding in 1959 by two brothers Earl and Vernon Heyrman. Initially serving the utilities and railroad industries, Heyrman Construction continues to serve the commercial/industrial market as a General Contractor with its own full-service engineering/architectural/construction staff located in-house, an asset appreciated y corporate clients. Heyrman Construction crews self-perform the concrete, steel erection and carpentry phase of the project to ensure top-quality construction for their customers. Since its founding in 1959, Heyrman Construction has been based on sound management and ethical business practices in commercial and industrial construction. Heyrman has grown substantially to a multi-million dollar construction company, specializing in design/build with competitive bid and construction management as secondary delivery systems. "More than buildings, Heyrman builds trust. The trust of our clients is not taken lightly, it must be earned. Almost 70% of our business is from repeat clients" states Chris Heyrman, son of Vernon Heyrman, who is the current President of Heyrman Construction Company, Inc. |
